Description
Packed full of goodness and great for traditional bread making. All the bran, endosperm and germ is retained. This flour is nutrient-rich with a delicious earthy nutty flavour. Rye Flour has a low gluten content, creating denser and moister baked goods.
All flours grown on their (Triple B) farms (an hour out of Adelaide); are certified biodynamic and are freshly ground in-house using a stone mill and packed in 3kg compostable bags.
Available for pick up from Plympton (Adelaide) or Finniss (Greater Adelaide). If you require delivery or larger quantities please contact triplebbiodynamicbeef directly.
Australia Post are charging $15 to send 3kg – if you are willing to pay that, we will post it for you.
