Certified Biodynamic Wholemeal Khorosan Flour 3kg

Description

Packed full of goodness and great for bread making – similar to Spelt, this ancient grain has a slightly nutty flavour and a cream colour, it’s a good source of fibre and has higher protein than wheat flour.

All flours grown on their (Triple B) farms (an hour out of Adelaide); are certified biodynamic and are freshly ground in-house using a stone mill and packed in 3kg compostable bags.
