Certified Biodynamic Unbleached Khorosan Flour 3kg

Description

Sieved to remove the bran and make it a lighter flour to use for cakes and all other baked goodies – similar in use to commercial white flour without the bleaching! This ancient grain has a slightly nutty flavour, it’s a good source of fibre and has higher protein than wheat flour.

All flours grown on their (Triple B) farms (an hour out of Adelaide); are certified biodynamic and are freshly ground in-house using a stone mill and packed in 3kg compostable bags.
